ProCESS Pre-Defined Datasets
Description
The datasets used by the pre-defined setups of the ProCESS mutation engine. They include the data for a demonstrative setup ("demo") and the setups for both the human genome versions 19 ("GRCh19") and 38 ("GRCh38").
Each dataset contains:
- A file of known driver mutations
- A file of ammissible passenger CNAs
- Some germline variants extracted from the 1000 Genome project dataset. (Please refer to the "International Genome Sample Resource (IGSR) Disclaimer" for licence details)
The "demo" dataset also contains a demonstrative version of SBS and ID mutational signatures.
