Neighbor-joining phylogenetic tree, based on 16S rRNA sequences, showing the phylogenetic relationship between strains isolated in this study and their relatives in the orders Rhodobacterales, Rhodospirillales, and Sphingomonadales in the class Alphaproteobacteria. Burkholderia dabaoshanensis GIMN1.004T (FJ210816) was used as an outgroup. Bootstrap values (>70%) are shown above nodes. Scale bar: 0.02 changes per nucleotide.
