A new system is presented on how to measure, both locally and momentarily, the tracer exchange rates across an air-water interface, which are controlled by the water sided boundary layer. A never before achieved resolution in space and time is obtained by the new Forced-Flux-Method. The tracer heat will be used. In first time, the new method allows the determination and parametrisation of the reaeration rate under field conditions.
