Tools for Strategic Management of Competitiveness of Business Structures
Description
The article is concerned with defining the instruments of strategic management of competitiveness of entrepreneurial structures. It develops a procedure of carrying out structural and substantive characterisation of the instrumentarium of strategic management of competitiveness of entrepreneurial structures. An express version of the structural and substantive characterisation of the instrumentarium for strategic management of competitiveness of entrepreneurial structures has been proposed, consisting of the stages of characterisation, analytical instruments, purpose and results of application. The main components of the model of the organisational and economic mechanism for the formation of inclusive social responsibility of entrepreneurial structures as subjects of the innovation process and participants in the transformation of socio-economic relations are defined.
