DEVER FUNDAMENTAL, SOLIDARIEDADE E COMUNITARISMO

ABSTRACT 
This article develops the theme of the fundamental duties, 
addressing solidarity and communitarianism, first separately, 
and then develop a theoretical link between them, so that they 
can work together within the thematic development of the 
general theory of the fundamental duties. It is clear the idea that 
you can achieve this theoretical development, in the course of 
this text, since it sees and is said to be solidarity, binding factor, 
founding the link within the communitarianism and provide a 
fundamental duty facilitating a certain coherence to the 
development of this article. Importantly, the strong influence of 
multiculturalism, for the recognition of the other, within the 
modern plural society, the ideas of communitarianism. The 
recognition and multicultural present value of such importance 
for social inclusion, always through solidarity, communitarian 
ideals. A strong presence in the Brazilian constitutionalism 
comes communitarian foster their connection with the theory of 
the fundamental duties and their provision.
