tci20111119-01 - Faw brigsi

This is a recording of the story about a headhunting raid told by Abia Bai recorded in Rouku village, Western Province, Papua New Guinea. The story is a continuation of the headhunting story told by Maraga Kwozi (tci20111107-01).

The dataset includes:

• the audio file (tci20111119v-01.wav)
• a video file (tci20111119v-01.mpeg)
• the interlinearised transcription file (tci20111119v-01.eaf)

The material was recorded by Christian Döhler as part of a language documentation project for his PhD. The project was located at the School of Culture, History and Language at the Australian National University, Canberra. For the most part it was funded by the DOBES project of the Volkswagen Foundation.
