The article highlights generalized experience of Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy”, in working out an integrated three-level model of KhUH PUA’s graduate. The offered model serves to ensure formation of a target set of professional and personal qualities and characteristics of a graduate of Specialized Economic and Law School at KhUH “PUA”. The qualitative characteristics of the above model enable us to assess how the graduate’s knowledge, abilities, skills personal and psychological qualities conform to the competences relevant to a certain educational stage as well as their qualifications for further social, educational, and/or professional activities and their willingness for lifelong professional and personal development. The set of base requirements that the graduate should meet, though generalized and ‘ideal’, can be made more specific with a view to the specialization, qualification level and specific features of a certain cultural and educational milieu.
