Description
Deliverable 6.1 summarises the efforts of stakeholder engagement activities conducted throughout the project and how these have shaped the policy landscape and amplified the impact of the project. This deliverable thus highlights the extensive collaboration and communication actions undertaken to ensure the project's outputs and outcomes are visible, influential, and impactful, involving significant input from all partners across all work packages.
The BY-COVID consortium, comprising over 50 entities, systematically tracked dissemination, exploitation, and communication actions, contributing significantly to key performance indicators (KPIs) related to increasing the project's visibility, influence and impact. These included targeted stakeholder engagement, mentions in policy documents, presentations at high-level events, and various published works. A comprehensive list of actions is provided as an Annex, along with a summary of the interactions with relevant stakeholders in different areas.
The deliverable demonstrates how these sustained actions established or reinforced relationships with policy organisations, research infrastructures and related initiatives/projects of national and international scope.
