Description

Trichinella larvae

Muscle larvae were collected from CD1 or OF- 1 female mice infected by four T. murrelli isolates (codes ISS 35, ISS 246, ISS 346, and ISS 415; www.iss.it/ Trichinella /), and by a T. britovi isolate (code ISS 100) by HCl-pepsin digestion, according to a published protocol [3].
