simQS: codes used to model quorum sensing regulation in Burkholderia cenocepacia K56
- deterministic_sim.zip contains all the codes used to run the deterministic simulations. Run the main script "RunModelDet.m" to get the deterministic simulations.
- stocastic_sim.zip contains all the codes used to run the stochastic simulations and perform fluctuations analysis. Run the main script "qsSt_simplifiedModel_stationary.c" to get the deterministic simulations.
- SM_001-main.zip contains all the codes used to analyze the RNAseq data generated in the work
- Supplementary_File_S1.zip contains all the raw information relative to supplementary file S1
