Mediterranean fruit fly pest free areas (PFAs) in Chiapas, Tabasco, Guatemala and Belize, as well as the location of the current containment barrier, infestation fronts and leading edge of the infestation within Guatemala. The white areas to the southwest and southeast represent the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, respectively.
