Data are shown as means of 3 replicates ± SD. The relative expression level of HSP90 mRNA in the control group is equal to 1.0 and is marked with a dashed line. The asterisk above the bar indicates a significance difference between treatment with abamectin and control group (t-test, P <0.05).
