Description

Association testing results from DeepRVAT on the 470k UK Biobank WES dataset, covering all tested genes and traits. Tests were performed on the full dataset and on Caucasian individuals ("cohort" column). "Significant" indicates significance after multiple testing correction (FWER < 5%).
