Description
This presentation was given at the FAIRagro Community Summit 2024 in Berlin. We show the inner workings of our RDM Helpdesk which is free and open to anyone in the agrosystem research community. We present the status-quo as well as efforts to network helpdesks within domain, NFDI and beyond.
