senikm/trpx: Introducing TERSE/PROLIX (TRPX): Next-Gen Lossless Compression for Diffraction & Cryo-EM Data

We updated the TRPX code. The TIFF library we wrote has a very little footprint, however it can not read all the possible TIFF formats available. In a scenario, when it gives warnings the TRPX prints them and stops the execution. We solved some small bugs in the header libraries as well.
