Predicting trawl catches using environmental DNA
Description
Three years of monitoring data (2019 - 2021) using trawl catches and environmental DNA survey methods. The samples were taken in Balsfjord, northern Norway.
Description of the data and file structure
The structure of the data is compiled in 2 .RData files:
Linking_trawl_catches_with_environmental_DNA.RData
Predicting_trawl_catches_using_environmental_DNA.RData
and an R script for generating all the plots ("Rscript_for_plots.R).
All the data for running the model can be found in stan_data object in both .RData files. The stan code can be found in stanMod object in both .RData files by running "stanMod@stanmodel" in console. All the parameters estimated in the model can be extracted by using a custom function "extract_param" defined in Rscript_for_plots.R.
For generating Figure 2 and 3 both .RData files should be called from Rscript_for_plots.R (code provided).
