Everyone desires the feeling of being cared for and encouraged to move ahead. The same is the case with the students; for better academic achievement, educators are their ladders. A healthy student-teacher relation solves most of the learning problems of students. If there is a gap between these relations, the learning efficiency is affected, and as the gap increases, the teaching-learning process gets disturbed. Hence it is important to recognize the challenges in this path and find remedies to overcome them.
