OBTAINING AND CLASSIFYING FOOD ADDITIVES BASED ON PLANTS GROWING IN THE TERRITORY OF UZBEKISTAN (FOR EXAMPLE, BERGENIA, FIELD ONONIS)

This article deals with the important facts about obtaining and classifying food additives based on plants growing in the territory of Uzbekistan (for example, bergenia, field ononis). On the other hand, information about special features of bergenia and its types were noted.
