IOPP - Italian Online Probability Panel

Objectives
IOPP is the first online probability panel in Italy aimed to generate longitudinal survey data at individual level to monitor social changes in Italy and to enhance FAIR and Open Data. 
 
Description 
IOPP is a new social research infrastructure to conduct surveys of the population 18-74 y residing in Italy. It is organised into five annual survey waves, featuring a core questionnaire and rotating modules collected through periodic open calls addressed to scholars. It covers a wide range of topics such as family, housing, working life, income, vulnerability, inequality, and poverty, as well as social and political attitudes and values. 
 
Results and colnclusions
IOPP gathers accurate and reliable data for research purposes and provides researchers with access to a diverse and representative sample of the population, ensuring that the findings are both valid and generalizable. The open access policy is adopted to promote transparency and enabling researchers, policymakers, and the public to explore, analyse, and comprehend social dynamics.
