Data and files for reproducing "Faster model-based estimation of ancestry proportions".
- "fastmixture-v0.6.zip" contains the software version of 'fastmixture' used in the study.
- "scripts.zip" contains python scripts to simulate data and to plot demography and admixture figures.
- "trees.zip" contains the trees used in the simulation study.
- "groundtruth.zip" contains the simulated ground truth ancestry proportions.
- "data.zip" contains the processed datasets used in the study.
- "results.zip" contains Q (ancestry proportions) and P (ancestral allele frequencies) files of all runs in all scenarios.
