Genetic Programming for Population Genomics (GP4PG)
Description
GP4PG allows implementing complex demographic models to fit the observed SFS in the data. GP4PG is written in JAVA and requires JRE to be installed in the computer. Also, it requires a demographic simulator such as fastSimcoal2 in order to work.
