Penilaian Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Menggunakan Framework Cobit 2019

Hospitals are healthcare facilities that must be supported by a Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) and robust information security. This study addresses the issue of how information security governance impacts the risk management of hospital information systems, particularly given that there has been no audit of the hospital's information security governance. The objective of this research is to assess the maturity level of the hospital management information system at Natar Medika Hospital and to provide recommendations for future system development. This study will utilize the COBIT 2019 framework, with data collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, which will be processed using the COBIT 2019 governance framework. The results of the study indicate that the information system audit analysis using the COBIT 2019 Framework reveals an average GAP value of 2,11.
