File descriptions

peaks_to_miller.py : Script that returns the Miller indices associated with the peaks of XRD spectra.

IR_spectrum_ammonia_Tihi_peaks_identification.txt : the peaks Tihi identified in the solid ammonia IR spectral signal.

Puya_alpestris_flower_tip_peaks_identified_by_Tihi.txt : the peaks Tihi identified from an UV-vis spectrum of puya alpestris petal tip

aspirin_Raman_spectrum_peaks_identified_by_Tihi.txt : the peaks Tihi identified from a Raman spectrum of aspirin

xrd_i_j_peaks_identified_by_Tihi.txt for i in [20, 50, 60, 68, 72] and for j in [50, 60, 68, 72, 85] :

XRD peaks identified by Tihi with its corresponding Miller indices computed using peaks_to_miller.py. The script produces multiple candidate indices, where in the publication, the matching values are taken.
