This article discusses the effectiveness of implementing the Semarang District Health Service program. Using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, this article aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of health programs run by the Semarang District Health Service. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the development and improvement of health programs in the region, as well as provide useful insights for related parties in efforts to improve public health in Semarang Regency.
