Description
This package contains the artifact associated with the paper entitled "Introducing SWIRL: An Intermediate Representation Language for Scientific Workflows". We released an Open Source reference implementation of the SWIRL Compiler, called swirlc, based on Python 3. In this artifact, we describe how users can rely on swirlc to reproduce the 1000 Genomes workflow experiment described in the main article.
