GAEV is a tool to help visualize BLAST results after using KEGG Automatic Annotation Server (KAAS) to annotate a region of DNA. The software focuses on organizing the gene annotation data obtained from KAAS in a gene-centric view.

Change Log From v1.1.2 to v1.2.0 Major:

Fixed an issue that caused the script to crash due to an update in the KEGG database. Added a new feature that allows users to highlight multiple lists of genes of interest in custom colors on KEGG pathway maps.

Minor:

Changed the order of some menu options so the most recommended/used option appears on top. Removed the output option to export a txt table without an HTML file due to disuse.
