CAMITAX reference databases
Description
Reference databases for CAMITAX: Taxon labels for microbial genomes.
- Mash sketches for all RefSeq genomes (for sketch sizes 1000 and 10000),
- NCBI Taxonomy database dump (names.dmp, nodes.dmp, merged,dmp), and
- Centrifuge and Kaiju indices for the proGenomes genes and proteins datasets.
Notes
proGenomes is free for academic and non-commercial use.
