Variation of chemical composition of fruit pears indigenous varieties of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic during storage

Installed area spread tree varieties and forms of pears grown in the territory of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, to clarify their names and synonyms, conducted by ripening group, made up a precise list of the gene pool of pears trees in the region. It determines the chemical composition of fruits of pears varieties and forms. Presented results of a comparative study of the content of sugars, acids, a ratio of sugar to acid, vitamin C, solids, and the average mass of each fruit varieties in relation to the standard varieties.
