Summary
Aim: To determine influence of adrenalin, pilocarpin, adrenoblocators and atropine on oral mucosa state. Materials and methods: The preparations introduced by applications on oral mucosa of rats during 30 days. The oral mucosa state was evaluated by determination of levels elastase, urease, lysozyme, catalase and malonic dialdehide. Results: The preparations reduced the levels of elastase, urease and catalase in oral mucosa, but raised the activity of lysozyme. Conclusion: The vegetative nervous system influence on oral mucosa by rise of lysozyme activity and lowering of the degree of dysbiosis.
Key words: oral mucosa, adrenalin, adrenoblocators, inflammation, dysbiosis.
