Branch diversification of ict implementation risks in the national economy

The subject of the study is sectoral diversification of the risks of ICT implementation in the national
economy.
The purpose of the study is to determine the mechanism of sectoral diversification of ICT
implementation risks in the national economy.
Research methods. The work uses the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of
analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, and the method of summarizing data.
Work results. The article defines the features and mechanism of sectoral diversification of the
risks of ICT implementation in the national economy. Prospective directions of sectoral diversification
of ICT implementation risks in the economy of Ukraine are highlighted. The principles of sectoral diversification
of ICT implementation risks are considered.
Conclusions. Branch diversification of ICT implementation risks is an important aspect of the
development of modern Ukraine. The implementation of ICT has the potential to ensure the efficiency and
competitiveness of various sectors of the country’s economy. However, such implementation carries
certain risks that require attention and a competent approach. One of the main risks is technological
and structural challenges. Ukraine has specific features of its economy, which can become an obstacle
for the effective implementation of ICT. Unfavorable technological conditions, lack of necessary skills and
insufficient infrastructure development are only some of the problems that the country may face. Another
important risk is personnel challenges. The development of the ICT sector requires the presence of highly
qualified specialists who would be able to manage complex technological processes. However, Ukraine
faces the problem of the outflow of IT personnel abroad, as well as insufficient financing of education. This
can limit the potential of ICT implementation and its further development.
