A first take in the AtLAST Operations Plan

This presentation will provide an overview of the work conducted during the design studies phase to formulate an Operations plan for AtLAST. Our vision entails a streamlined, high-performance, automated operations model centered on remote service-mode observations. Drawing from experience gained in operating large astronomical facilities in remote locations, we have crafted a contemporary framework that prioritizes operational safety, sustainability, transparency, diversity, and community engagement as fundamental principles.
