Design and Fabrication of Dishwasher for Hostel Students

The project aims to develop a specialized dishwasher tailored for hostel students, addressing their unique needs for efficiency, portability, and ease of use. Traditional dishwashing methods in hostels are often time- consuming and labor-intensive, leading to hygiene issues and inconvenience. Our innovative dishwasher incorporates rotating dish racks and high-pressure water spray mechanisms to ensure thorough cleaning of dishes with minimal manual intervention.  The design of the dishwasher is compact and box shape, making it easily portable and suitable for the limited space available in hostel rooms. The portability feature ensures that students can use the dishwasher in various locations within the hostel premises, enhancing convenience. The rotating dish rack allows for even exposure of all dish surfaces to the high-pressure water jets, ensuring efficient cleaning in a shorter amount of time compared to traditional dishwashing methods. By integrating these unique features, the dishwasher not only promotes better hygiene but also saves time and effort for hostel students.
