This project is the implementation of the algorithm introduced in the paper QSDPNAL: A two-phase augmented Lagrangian method for convex quadratic semidefinite programming by Xudong Li, Defeng Sun, and Kim-Chuan Toh. This paper has been accepted by Mathematical Programming Computation.
