cbio: JavaScript client library for MSKCC's CBIO resource

This is the first release of a small client (web browser) JavaScript library developed to enable web applications to interoperate directly with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center cBioPortal public web API (http://www.cbioportal.org/public-portal/web_api.jsp). This work was not solicited or pursued with MSKCC's knowledge, it is a software exploit of the public Web API to their cBioPortal tool - a great resource we are thankful to be able to access.
