Description

This version is updated to facilitate data submission to the the IPCC's Emission Factor Database (https://www.ipcc-nggip.iges.or.jp/EFDB/main.php). The companion GitHub repo is here: https://github.com/forc-db/IPCC-EFDB-integration.
