Sport e Religione: analisi e confronto per un management etico degli eventi sportivi

The aim of this study is to analyze the concepts of sports and religion in their historical evolution to try to explain their social function and to understand the nature of man ethics as an essential and permanent aspect of humanity. Through a comparative study of their structure, analyzing their content components (ethics) and form components (aesthetics), the author finds convergences based on the specific needs of mankind. The social and ethical needs to which these two institutions provide answers, seem to be the basis on which to reflect in order to develop an ethical management model of sporting events as a sustainable response to the disorientation of the post-industrial society.

L’obiettivo di questo studio è analizzare i concetti di sport e religione nella loro evoluzione storica per cercare di spiegare la loro funzione sociale e far capire l’indole etica dell’uomo come aspetto essenziale e permanente dell’umanità. Attraverso un’analisi comparativa della loro struttura nelle componenti di contenuto (etica) e di forma (estetica), emergono convergenze che rispondono a precise esigenze del genere umano. I bisogni sociali ed etici ai quali queste due istituzioni danno risposta, risultano essere la base sulla quale riflettere per sviluppare un modello di gestione etica degli eventi sportivi come risposta sostenibile al disorientamento della società post-industriale.
