Despite their medical expertise, they grapple with an invisible burden as they navigate demanding healthcare careers alongside the emotional, logistical, and financial challenges of IVF treatment. This qualitative research aims to illuminate this under-researched phenomenon by delving into the lived experiences of Filipino nurses and doctors undergoing IVF. By examining the emotional, logistical, professional, and personal dimensions of their journeys, this study seeks to provide insights into their coping strategies and challenges. Furthermore, it aims to empower other medical professionals considering IVF and inform the development of improved support systems within Filipino healthcare workplaces. Ultimately, this research has the potential to significantly impact both the medical profession and the lives of individuals facing infertility in the Philippines.
