Cut-off rigidities for 2000-2025

The Open-source geomagneToSphere prOpagation tool OTSO has been used to calculate cut-off rigidities for the epochs 2000, 2005, ..., 2025 for the entire Earth in 1° x 1° resolution. The parameters for the computation (Tools/planet_params.py) have not been changed from the default values, except for the date of the computation (January 1st, 00:00:00 for the years 2000, 2005, ..., 2025).
 
The output is stored in the folder `Planet/<YEAR>` for each year. Each folder contains the parameters of the computation in `OTSO_PLANET_RUN_INFO.txt` and the results in `Planet.csv`. The CSV files contain for each latitude and longitude the upper (Ru), effective (Rc), and the lower cutoff rigidity (Rl).

The results can be read and plotted with the example script  PlanetPlot.py as provided by OTSO.
