Today, ministries, departments and organizations should fulfill the role of a compass for students, that is, they should show where our young people should go. Young people do not know where to go without this compass, just like in a tunnel. After graduating from the institute, they don't know what to do and where to go to work. He does not know if the knowledge he is getting today will be needed in the interview tomorrow when he goes to the organization.
