Graph data mapping library for OWL 2 ontologies and Neo4j labelled property graphs.

Neo4j2owl imports well defined subset of OWL 2 EL ontologies into Neo4j in a way that preserves entailments and annotations, but not the syntactic complexities of OWL. Similarly exports Neo4j graph to OWL ontology in a lossless manner. Some key features of neo4j2owl are:

• Round-trip OWL ontology and Neo4j graph conversion for a defined subset of OWL-EL.
• Materialize OWL existential relations which make graph querying more intuitive.
• Support query and visualization of graphs using human readable relation names.
• Use OWL semantics to drive your application via application-specific semantic tagging of nodes using OWL-DL queries or SPARQL.
• Neo4j plugin to export property graph data from Neo4j as OWL.

Release assets use neo4j 4.2 java drivers.
