Hubungan Burnout dengan Kualitas Hidup pada Perawat di Rst Wijayakusuma Purwokerto

Prolonged stress conditions can result in burnout, which is a risk for everyone who works in health services, such as nurses. Nurses today need both physical and psychological health protection to improve quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between burnout and the quality of life of nurses at RST Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. This research method is a correlation study with a cross-sectional time approach. The sample in this study was 119 nurses at RST Wijayakusuma Purwokerto, using a total sampling technique. The instruments in this study used the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to measure burnout and The World Health Organization Quality of Life–BREF (WHOQol-BREF) to measure quality of life. Data analysis was carried out using the Spearman-rank test. The results of the Spearman-rank test showed that p-value = 0.048 < α (α = 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between Burnout and the Quality of Life of Nurses at RST Wijayakusuma Purwokerto.
