Priority directions of development of the regional innovative economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article focuses on the development of innovative-oriented elements of the economy and factors caused by the growing role of modernization of market relations of the national economy.

To obtain the effect of the innovative development of the national economy, its systemic reorganization on the basis of a systematically operating economic mechanism is of great importance. Optimization of the role and magnitude of the innovation component in structuring the economy is realized as a relatively independent economic process.

To change the resource structure of the national economy, to deduce it based on the results of innovative modernization on the front lines of the world economy, to optimize the formation and multiplication of the nation's wealth, optimization of human potential is possible. This ability should be supported by the inclusion of a number of factor-measures that could ensure the stimulation, regulation, management of human potential and its optimal development.
In conclusion, the author comes to the conclusion that when using the method of organizing innovation-directed investments, the process of creating a mechanism for an innovative-directed financial market acquires some certainty and a concrete character.
