Description
Boana tepuiana (Barrio-Amorós and Brewer-Carías 2008)
Holotype: EBRG 4653.
Type locality: “ Southern slope of Sarisariñama-tepui, Locality VI, Estado Bolívar, Venezuela (4°25’N, 64°7’W), elevation 420 m.”
Distribution: Region 5. Eastern Guayana uplands.
Remarks: Must be in the Boana benitezi species group (sensu Faivovich et al. 2005) by implication as it was confused previously with B. benitezi, as it was already observed by Frost (2019). See additional comments under B. benitezi.
