Description

This is a compiled version of MESA 4 for Windows 10 systems. The current version number is 4.2. This version works and it delivers a sensitivity analysis according to the MESA method. A full release of this code will replace the online cloud-based version of MESA. 

More information about the project is available in the project ReadMe. 

The main program is mesa.exe. Start this one first. Test data covering Zanzibar is included.
