Low-power BTO on SiN MZI weights for neuromorphic photonics

Description

We present a BTO on Si 3 N 4 MZI as an optical weight for Neuromorphic Photonics featuring ultra-low power consumption of 121 nW for Π phase shift, a V Π L product of 2.94 Vmm, extinction ratio higher than 27 dB, and less than 20 ns rise/fall time.
