The article presents conceptual approaches to transforming the content of the tutoring model, specifically focusing on technological and managerial aspects, which the author divides into two components: situational and procedural. The author examines the essence of each approach, their principles, as well as their focus on improving the tutoring model, enhancing its effectiveness, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing world.
