Petrogale sharmani Eldredge and Close 1992, Aust. J. Zool., 40: 618.

Type Locality: Australia, Queensland, Mt. Claro, 18°52’S, 145°44’S.

Vernacular Names: Mt. Claro Rock-wallaby.

Distribution: Seaview and Coane Ranges, west of Ingham, N Queensland (Australia).

Conservation: IUCN – Lower Risk (nt).

Discussion: P. lateralis / penicillata species-group.
