Type Locality: Cuba, Oriente, cave near the beach at Daiquirí.

Vernacular Names: Slender Cuban Nesophontes.

Distribution: Cuba.

Conservation: Extinct.

Discussion: Time of extinction uncertain (MacPhee et al., 1999).
