Type Locality: Indonesia, Sumatra, Bengkulen.
Synonyms: Presbytis melalophos subsp. aurata (Müller and Schlegel 1861); Presbytis melalophos subsp. ferrugineus (Schlegel 1876); Presbytis melalophos subsp. flavimanus (I. Geoffroy 1831); Presbytis melalophos subsp. nobilis (Gray 1842).
