Miniopterus gleni Peterson, Eger, and Mitchell 1995, Faune de Madagascar, Chiropteres, Vol. 84: 128.

Type Locality: Madagascar, 20 km S Tuléar (= Toliara), in a marine cave between Sarodrano and St. Augustin.

Vernacular Names: Glen's Long-fingered Bat.

Distribution: N, W, and S Madagascar.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Lower Risk (nt).
